    • Product Model Number
    • Meter Serial Number
    • Neopost Customer Number


    Call 1-800-NEOPOST (636-7678) and follow the prompts for "Rate Change".

  4. Submit an Online Support Request:
    • Sign in to MyNeopost
    • Click the Help icon in the upper right corner
    • Choose "Rate Change" as the topic
    • Fill out the form and submit your inquiry
