The Thomson Reuters Accelus’ annual Cost of Compliance survey (2014) provides interesting insights into how professionals feel about compliance and what to expect in the future. Over 600 experts such as heads of compliance and chief executives from financial services across the globe took part in this survey. Participants represented all sectors of financial services including banks, brokers, insurers and asset managers. The survey focused on over 70 countries covering Africa, the Americas, Asia, Australasia, Europe and the Middle East.
