A responsive Management Team

The Neopost Group has a decentralized structure. Subsidiaries enjoy considerable autonomy and are close to their customers, enabling them to better meet their needs and offer more customised services. The limited number of reporting levels guarantees enhanced responsiveness and flexibility in decision-making.
The Group’s operational management team is made up of twelve members, making it both tight and close-knit. These thirteen executives oversee the Group’s main functions (research and development, production, distribution, marketing, relations with postal authorities, human resources, logistics, legal and finance) and meet up twice a month. These managers, who have a resolutely international profile, develop and implement the company’s strategic decisions worldwide.
