    Responsive Management team

The structure of Neopost is decentralized. Subsidiaries have great autonomy and are close to their customers, enabling them to meet their needs better and offer more customised services. The limited number of reporting levels guarantees enhanced responsiveness and flexibility in decision-making.
The Group’s operational management team has twelve members, making it both tight and close-knit. These twelve executives drive the Group’s main functions (research and development, production, distribution, strategic marketing, relations with postal authorities, human resources, logistics, legal and finance) and hold meetings twice a month. These managers have a resolutely international profile, and develop and implement the company’s strategic decisions worldwide.
