The Neopost Group came officially into being in 1992 and was introduced on the Euronext Paris stock market in 1999. Since then, many other companies with their own identities have joined the Group. The most recent ones were Stielow and Ascom's mail processing activities in 2002 and the Swiss software company, BTA, in 2005.

Neopost has bound into one organization the employees of all these entities. Building on their diverse experience, we have involved them in the challenging pursuit of success, widely recognized in international markets.

This phase of integration and synergy across the Group continues, but we are well into a new stage.
We believe that our identity must now enhance the coherence of the Neopost brand name and reflect our reality and difference - innovation and commitment towards our customers and partners.
